WebSumo operates under a strict no refund policy for all hosting services, domain registrations, and related products or services.

Key Terms

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction with services (our support team will work with you to resolve any service-related concerns)

Technical difficulties (our technical support team will do whatever is needed to resolve technical issues)

Business closure or changes

Unused portions of service periods

Cancellation and Billing

If you request cancellation after your invoice has been charged, no refund will be provided

Cancellation requests will prevent future billing cycles but will not result in refunds for current or past charges

Services will remain active until the end of the current billing period for which payment has been received

Domain Registrations

Domain registration fees are non-refundable once processed

This applies even if the domain is cancelled or transferred immediately after registration

Service Credits

WebSumo does not offer service credits as alternatives to refunds

Any service interruptions will be addressed through service restoration rather than financial compensation
